Mission #20: Online Window Shopping

Dear Vegan at Heart,

Today’s mission is to do a little online window shopping on two great vegan websites.

We’re going to take a little break today from nutrition and food preparation. Let’s do some online shopping instead! Even if you don’t want to spend money today, it’s really helpful to know about the following websites for when you are looking for a cruelty-free nail polish or a great vegan parmesan cheese substitute.

1. Set your timer for 10 minutes.
2. Browse around on Pangea and Vegan Essentials
3. Buy something, if you like! I recommend the 7 oz. container of Parma, the best parmesan substitute around. It doesn’t taste exactly like parmesan but it’s got a nice nutty cheeziness that makes it even better than the cow’s milk version, according to some of my sources. It’s so good that sometimes I just pour it into my palm and eat it just like that. (Classy, I know.)
